Material & Technics

1.  Circuits and device: adopt new and original packing PHILIPS video decode chipset; choose high quality device such as           Ta capacitance and SMD-OSC to guarantee the stabilization and layout of the card.      2.  PCB: optimizing design. Clear audio signal and video signal without disturbing ; much thicker copper layer improves heat           conduction largely, it can guarantee excellent heat emission without radiator; connecting finger twice gilding thickness           than the one in normal technics, good anti-oxidation, to make device run much longer.      3.  A / V lines material and interface: 100% copper BNC interface, its stabilization in connection is much better than normal interface’s           made by zinc; 30-lines shielded wire video transmission line with high quality; adopt thicker gilding technics in DB connector.      4.  Quality detection: both card and A / V lines must pass strict detection before on sale.
